Ingredients: Organic Japanese Green Tea
Quantity: 30 gr
Origin: Uji, Kyoto, Japan.
Quantity 2 gr
Water 80 ml
Temperature 70-80 C / 160-175 F
- Soak the chasen (whisk) in water.
- Pre heat the bowl by pouring some hot water, then drain.
- Scoop 2 grams of matcha and put directly in the preheated bowl
- Add the water and whisk back and forth with your wrist until foam appears.
- Enjoy! You are siping the whole universe in a bowl of tea.
